The Kahuna Massage is an ancient healing of the body, mind, heart , spirit and soul The long flowing strokes move emotions that have been stored in your body for a long time. They are usually parts of your story that you haven’t been able to process or cope with so they reside in your body. These emotions manifest into sickness , pain or emotional overwhelm where you become flooded with emotion or your body freezes and you become numb to emotion. We hold trauma in our body because this pain can be too confronting to deal with so it becomes stored unconsciously in our bodies until we are ready to work through the layers safely. The Kahuna Massage is a gentle, full body massage that allows you to let go of your thoughts and sink into deep relaxation. The 90 minutes of bodywork nourishes your spiritual journey of self discovery. As the body releases the emotion and parts of your story you begin to have better clarity and understanding of who you are and your purpose. Being in this meditative state allows you to connect to your truth and your inner guidance through intuition. After melting into this beautiful healing you will feel so much lighter in body, energised, connected to self, have more clarity, feel balanced and grounded.
