This package gives you a discounted price for 2 x 90 minute sessions. The first session explores 5 topics within your life that continue to present as re-occurring challenges. Within this session we discover past soul life experiences you lived where the core wounding resides. We draw upon this information to connect you to your presenting issues in this life. This usually resonates with your soul and you will have an inner knowing as it activates the cellular memory within your body that holds these memories. An in depth reading will explore the 5 chosen topics through additional questions as they arise within the session to gain a full understanding of the past life and how it relates to the patterns within your existing life. The topics can cover areas such as Family, Relationships, Friendships, Finance, Career, Health, Soul Purpose , Mental Health Issues ( eg anxiety, depression, OCD etc), feeling stuck or no motivation etc... Questions need to be open ended starting with a What, How, Why, When , Who..... to access the information. It doesn't sway towards Yes/No answers. The second session involves the Healing Process of what transpired in the first session. We set an intention to let go of the past life trauma, experience / situation and connect with other past soul lives that you have lived with strengths, skills and abilities to overcome these challenges that continue to present in this current life of yours. This process activates the memories of these positive soul life experiences within the cells of your body and you adopt these qualities and strengths over the past life ones. This is where the healing takes place at a cellular level by placing intention of letting go and replacing with more healthy and positive ways of responding. These readings provide you with so many answers and information that I encourage a week in between each session to fully integrate the new information retrieved before the in depth healing.
